"Return was easy, refund was slow"
The return itself went through fine, so no real issue there. I just expected the refund to show up a bit sooner. It took longer than... well, longer than I was hoping, but it did eventually come through.

I’m not totally sure what I expected, but the whole order process went smoothly. The emails were clear, and the tracking seemed to work fine, so I could tell where my package was along the way. i don’t really have any complaints.

"Glad I Trusted My Gut"
I ordered a bike from mantel.com i’m really happy I went with them. My instinct said it would be a solid choice, and it turned out that way. The assembly was spot on, gears shifted smoothly right out of the box, the brakes felt good, and there was nothing loose or rattling around. All I really had to do was straighten the handlebars and take it for a ride. Saved me a lot of hassle, so no complaints from me...

"Order was fine, delivery was a bit slow"
I ordered from mantel and the checkout was straightforward, no drama there. Delivery though, yeah, it took longer than I thought it would. Not awful or anything, but definitely not quick either. The tracking did update, so that was something, but at one point it felt like the package was just sitting there doing nothing for ages. Anyway, the item arrived in good condition in the end, so I can’t complain too much. I’m giving 3 stars because everything worked out, but the delivery speed could definitely be better.

"Okay overall, but the first impression wasn’t great"
I’ve ordered from Mantel a couple of times now. my first impression wasn’t the best, I expected a bit more, especially with all the positive things I’d heard. The prices are okay and sometimes better than local shops, but they’re definitely not always the cheapest online. Delivery was fine, no real issues there. I’d probably still check other places before buying from them again. Not terrible at all, just kind of average for the money.

"Good service, but I felt a little misled"
I went in just to look at a bike helmet, and the guy there was helpful with finding the right size without being pushy. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated. That said, I did leave feeling a bit misled because I thought the price or deal was different than what it ended up being at the register. Overall it’s a nice store and I’d probably go back, but I’d double-check everything next time.

I ordered from mantel.com and, the delivery went smoother than I expected. I tend to notice the little patterns with online orders, like how fast tracking shows up and whether the delivery date keeps shifting, and this one was consistent from the start.

The tracking came through quickly, the parcel arrived on the day they said it would, and the box was in good shape. After a few dodgy experiences with other shops, it was nice to have everything match up for once. I’d definitely order again

I was browsing a few bike parts on Mantel and honestly , the product info was really easy to follow . The sizes , specs , and what came in the box were all simple to find , so it made picking the right part way less confusing . Nice , straightforward experience overall .

I was looking around for some bike parts and accessories and ended up checking Mantel after comparing a few different shops. i was happy with the range they had, and they actually had more options in stock than I expected.
There were still a few brands or sizes missing, so it wasn’t absolutely perfect, but I managed to find most of what I needed without much hassle. Overall, it was an easy experience, and I’d definitely consider using them again.

My order from mantel showed up exactly as it should. Nothing was missing, nothing was the wrong size, and there were no random mix-ups like getting the wrong part, the wrong color, or some tiny piece not being in the box. It was all correct and straightforward, which is really all I needed. No drama, no back-and-forth, no chasing customer service, no trying to make something fit that clearly doesn’t. Simple experience overall, but in a good way. I’m happy with it.

"Actually had the part when everyone else didn’t"
I was trying to track down a specific bike part and got a bit lost with who had what and when it would arrive. A few shops said out of stock, others had delivery dates that seemed to change depending on where you clicked. mantel showed it as available, so I figured I’d give them a go.
I ordered it quickly, though I can’t remember now if it shipped the same day or the next one, but either way it turned up without any hassle. It was just nice to order something and not get that annoying email later saying the stock was wrong.

It was okay overall, but definitely not the cheapest option out there. I felt like I wasted way too much energy comparing prices and trying to figure out if it was worth it. In the end, it did the job, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to choose it again if I found a better deal somewhere else...
